Burgeon Fulfillment Policy for Credit Card Payments via Stripe®
These policies will aid users to determine how Burgeon Design and Editorial LLC fulfills orders and payments made by credit card via the payment processor Stripe.
The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions, either therein or in a separate written contract. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to und ertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing laws of the State of Oregon. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
FULFILLMENT POLICY
At Burgeon, client satisfaction is our utmost priority as we take all complaints about the services we render very seriously. This Fulfillment Policy (the “Policy”) informs you about our delivery policy and the rules and guidelines relating to the refunds for services purchased from our Company. Please read this Policy carefully to understand your rights and also understand the requirements for the refund.
DELIVERY POLICY
Burgeon provides digital services including, but not limited to, writing mentorship, book coaching, editorial feedback, branding, and website design. These services are customized and delivered digitally. All services are delivered remotely via Zoom, Google Meet, email, and/or other digital platforms, in accordance with the specific terms of the service package purchased.
REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of our mentorship, design, and editorial containers, which are time-reserved, customized, and designed to deliver value through direct engagement, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once your service agreement has been signed.
TERMINATION OF SERVICES
Either party may choose to terminate an agreement at any time with written notice. In such cases, no refunds will be provided for unused sessions or partially completed services. If you need to reschedule a coaching session, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed or no-show sessions may not be rescheduled.
PROJECT ABANDONMENT
If, after repeated attempts by Burgeon to begin or continue service, the Client fails to participate or becomes unresponsive for a period of thirty (30) consecutive days, the project may be deemed abandoned. Burgeon reserves the right to close the project without refund. Any payments made up to that point may be forfeited.
PAYMENT TERMS
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Payment plans may be available and will be outlined at checkout. Access to services may be paused or terminated if payment fails or is not completed as agreed. All services are billed in US dollars.
